APPRENTICE WORKSHOP IN SEPTEMBER!!!
Following is information on the apprentice workshop being held September 7th. This workshop is required for any TDC student who wishes to apprentice or substitute teach for the 08-09 season. Dancers must also meet level requirements in each genre of dance. Please read the following information and e-mail or call the office with any questions or to register for the workshop.

9am-5pm
OPEN AND MANDATORY FOR ANY DANCER THAT IS AN APPRENTICE OR WISHES TO BE AN APPRENTICE.
“YOU MUST FIT ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIAN TO SIGN UP FOR THE TRAINING.”
COST OF TRAINING $50.00 PER DANCER
TRAINING PROVIDED BY: TDC STAFF

Apprentice Guidelines:
Age: 12yrs by first week of Fall Classes
To Apprentice for Tot/Combo Classes:
Must be enrolled in a Ballet 4 or Higher, and at least one of the following: Tap 3 or Jazz 3.
To Apprentice for any other classes:
All other classes, apprentice/subtitute must be at least 2 to 3 levels above class being taught.
Prior approval from Instructor is needed to assure ability to apprentice specific classes.
Examples: Apprentice for Jazz 5 –Apprentice must be enrolled in -Jazz 3
Apprentice for Pre-Ballet-Apprentice must be enrolled in a Ballet 4
Junior and Senior students that are 16yrs of age and Substitute any classes are required to take this training also.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SIGN UP ON THE WHITE CABINETS NEAR THE OPENING NUMBER SIGN UP. (YOU MAY CALL OR E-MAIL THE OFFICE TO SIGN UP AS WELL.) PLEASE LOOK OVER THE FALL SCHEDULE TO SEE WHAT CLASSES YOU WOULD BE ABLE TO APPRENTICE AND GET WITH THOSE INSTRUCTORS ASAP.
